A practical look at PeelPro

PeelPro is a compact multifunctional peeler for routine fruit and vegetable preparation. It combines a standard peeling edge, a julienne cutting surface and a bottle opener in one hand-held kitchen utensil.

The peeling edge is made from 3Cr13 stainless steel. Its roughly 4 cm blade has a 113° curve designed to move over rounded surfaces, while the pivoting head changes angle as it passes over potatoes, apples and carrots.

Serrated teeth on the opposite side create narrow julienne strips from firm produce such as carrots or zucchini. Use this side when you want fine strands for salads, garnishes or quick-cooking dishes rather than a peeled surface.

A tapered rubberwood handle provides a broad gripping area for guiding the tool. Work with steady, controlled strokes and keep fingers clear of both the peeling blade and serrated edge, especially when handling uneven produce.
